It’s a must read for all, negotiators, which is basically everyone because life is riddled with negotiations. From calibrated questions, to the black swan, this book gave me practical and applicable advice to adhere. Thank you for writing this.

His experience commands insight and attention. However, his writing style gives off a tone of smugness. If you ever seen him on video recording you’ll confirm what I mean. Additionally, it’s clear he advocates for the status quo. (Hardly innovative for negotiating.) You also can’t help but think his success stems from the awesome power of an FBI badge and history.
