This is version "Two-Point Oh!" of the original book. It is shorter than the original and includes all new graphics. The book introduces legal professionals to “Design Thinking” and “Visual Advocacy.” Author David J.F. Gross, who is also the co-author of the NITA trial advocacy book The Power Trial Method, is a trial lawyer and fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. David is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota.
