Nash is trying his best to adjust to ‘normal’ life upon finding his freedom again, at the hands of a team that rescued him after years in captivity. His greatest wish was to come home to Sage and try to pick up on the life and friends he left behind. Through a twist of fate, his old buddy Wes has made it to Sage after all the stories he would tell and is the first friendly face off the bus. Unfortunately, injuries, a long time without proper nutrition, and other atrocities have taken a toll, and he finds his spirits deflating. An old love, though, will show him how to truly be grateful for the wishes that have been granted and love this new normal they get to live. Will he be able to overcome the ghosts that haunt him still, to grab a chance at happiness with his first love?
